Why did Ali become a Massage Therapist?
Having experienced her own health battles (depression, anxiety and an eating disorder) during adolescence which lasted into her twenties, Ali turned to natural therapies for answers. This included scheduling regular massage therapy; yoga and meditation sessions; and going to see a Naturopath. ***Help from a dietitian, a psychologist and a Personal Trainer were also required to see Ali make a full recovery .
While scheduling regular massage treatments, Ali experienced some of the many great health benefits associated with regular massage which include: reduced anxiety levels, reduction of pain/ muscular tension (particularly in the neck and shoulders) and overall felt a sense of calm and happiness. Ali wishes to provide the same positive health benefits to all of her clients during their treatment.
