Everyone’s pain tolerance is different. Pressure will adjust to the pressure to suit you. You may feel some muscle soreness the day after a massage.

Absolutely not. Massage therapy is not recommended if you present with a runny nose, cough, fever, sore throat, or other flu like/ virus symptoms. It is recommended that you stay home to rest and seek advice from a health care practitioner (GP).
The massage therapist has the right to refuse treatment if you present with cold and flu like symptoms.
24 hours notice must be provided to cancel your appointment. A late cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to your next appointment.
